For Breakfast I had a hard boiled egg with tea around10am

For Lunch I had a chicken thigh with vegetables around 1pm

For snack I had an Nature Valley peanut butter bar around 3pm

For dinner I had a yogurt with blue berries. around 9pm

I totally didn't eat enough because wednesday are very busy days for me. I didn't get home until 8:30 and it was way too late to eat a full meal even though I was hungry. I grabbed the yogurt and went to sleep around 11pm.
