Treatment
This coming Friday is the next surgery that Jim has to go through. Because of the nick he experienced from his prostatectomy, he needs to have another surgery to fix the hole in his colon and bladder. He has had a catheter in for over six weeks now and if all goes well with the surgery, he will have it out in another two or three weeks. Crossing our fingers that the hole heals well so that he does not have to have a colostomy bag put in. Getting the pre-surgery jitters, but we are starting to know the routine. He gets to "clean" himself out as if he was having a colonoscopy. He is so looking forward to that!!:)
