Saturday food choices

Saturday was a rest day for me. I intended to wake up early and go for a long run. Instead I slept in and got some much needed rest.

I had a half tj's tuna sandwhich at 12pm. I wasn't that hungry so I didn't eat the other half.

Around 2pm I had a regular chai tea latte with non fat milk.

Then around 6pm I had the other half of the sandwhich with a tj's brocolli and kale salad.

At 8pm I had some popcorn.
