Diagnosis
Well here I am at 54 years young. I had a life changing event happen on 12/2/2010. I fell off a ladder and shattered my right heel and ankle. Back in 8/2015 I had a nerve stimulator implanted in me for a severed tibial nerve right foot. Well after that was implanted I thought it was where it was placed was pushing on bladder. Went in again after first urologist said I was fine. So made appointment with Baylor Urologist and did the DRE and blood work. Well their was a nodule found and PSA came back at 17. I was then referred to another Urologist/Oncologist. We then did the biopsies which all cores had some cancer and a Gleason score of 8's. I go in for CT and bone scans 3/16/16. Then meet a radiologist on 3/17 to go over results and discuss therapies. Its on 3/29 that I go back and all the doctors get together and my doctor will let me know where I stand and stage and line out a game plan. Never thought I would have to go to battle again after fighting to keep my foot and 15 surgeries now this crap. I am lucky that I do live in Houston and have the Medical Center. Not sure what to expect in this life any more. I am also a very lucky man and have a great supportive wife. I just feel like I have let her down with this crap.
