Wellbeing
For Breakfast I didn't have anything. By the time I got dressed it was time for lunch.

So for Brunch I had a spinach salad with toasted almonds/ dried cherries, feta cheese and chicken. It was a pre-made salad. This was around 12:30pm.

Around 4:30pm I went to the movies and had a small popcorn with butter.

I went for a 3 mile run around 7pm after the movie.

At around 8:30pm I had 2 chicken legs with peas. I then hand a pretzel/peanut butter mojo bar.
