Diagnosis
Advanced prostate cancers 4 years now. I am a new member and hope to find this site useful. I had a prostatectomy at Johns Hopkins but the cancer was detected in lymph nodes. I had many bladder neck issues so I was not a good candidate for radiation. I had an initial undetected PSA but gradually my PSA has risen and it's now at 9.0 with an approximate doubling time of one year. I have been on a clinical trial medication for the last three years and am at the point where I don't think medication is not working so I am considering getting of it. Any ideas for next steps?
