Wellbeing
I woke up and stretched (I try to do this every morning).

Before leaving out, I made a juice comprised of:
* spinach
* carrots
* ginger
* mango
* banana
* 1/4 water
Then I put it in my nutribullet. That was my breakfast.

Around 10am I had a banana for a snack.
Lunch was pretty bad. I had a less than a handful of pasta - shrimp fetuccini, chinese chicken salad and a slice of pizza.

Tonight for dinner I will have a salad with dry tuna with light greek dressing.

All throughout the day I drink nothing but water.

Because of the heat I have cut back significantly on my exercise. I usually go for a walk at night,...about 2-3 miles.

I'd like to lose about 8-10 pounds
