Starting the fifth year since diagnosis. Cancer is spreading...PSA has climbed steadily for the past year and last month at 17. Doctor is suggesting stopping Eligard and starting chemo. We know chemo is only a method to prolong life but what will life be like? Ron and I are searching for the right decision. What will chemo do? How will life change for him? We know chemo is different for everyone but we have not experienced this phase with anyone in our family and we are scared and curious.
