day 4 7/25

Wellbeing
Breakfast- Green Smoothie
Snack- Handful of almonds
Lunch- Asparagus soup, 1 wasa, 1 bowl of salad full of veggies
Snack- Small handful of carrots and edamame hummus
Dinner- We were bad :( it was a friends birthday)
2 margaritas
Large handful of corn chips
salsa
Shrimp sauteed in veggies, cream, and other yummy stuff
corn tortillas
1 pc of birthday cake with a small spoonful of honey ice cream

I felt kinda gross after dinner, its amazing, i never really noticed how it made me feel before
