Curve in the Road to Manchester

Healing
As most of you know, cycling is a big part of my prostate cancer survivorship. This year was my first year to ride in the world masters track cycling championships in Manchester, England in October.

Two weeks ago I took a fall in the velodrome during training and it turns out I have two hairline fractures of the hip, which means no training for about 6 more weeks and no Manchester.

Oh, well. Now I've got to find out some sort of exercise until I can walk and get back on the bike.

Keep the rubber side down and Allez!
