Treatment
Approaching the fifth anniversary of my husband's diagnosis. Treatments do not seem to be slowing down the PSA count. In December my husband was put on Ketoconazole, PSA was 36.6 at that time. After 3 months, the PSA kept rising and his liver was borderline. In May, the doctor prescribed Zytiga. After 3 months the PSA has climbed to 149.78!!!

The doctor has suggested Enzalutamide next before chemo. I hope this treatment can give us more months together. We are both exploring what chemo can do. We both know it isn't a cure just more time but we need the time to count.

We are both on an emotional roller coaster.
