All is well!

Wellbeing
Wow! I didn't realize how long it has been since my last post (August 2014). I hope everyone is doing well. Since August, things are still going well for me both physically AND mentally. My quality of fitness continues to be a part of my lifestyle. One change has been that I have moved away from the distance running. I ran my last 1/2 marathon in September 2014. I began transitioning from running and have gone back to my weight training. Unfortunately my right knee has degenerative joint disease, so it was recommended that I limit the running. My energy has switched over to my weight training and part of that has been my core strengthening routines. This has been a plus in my post surgery strength training. As much as doing Kegels are important, kicking it up a notch will help with your incontinence issues and also getting your sex life back in order.

Speaking of sex. My wife and I have stepped away from the Tremix injections and are now using the Cialis pills with very good results. It took about 2 years from surgery for my erections to "pop" back. This includes those good ole early morning and in the middle of the night erections. It's like meeting back up with an old friend :-)

I attached my Happy Birthday to me fitness photo for my 57th birthday this past March 28th. I had set a goal for myself to reach a specific level of fitness prior to my birthday. I was happy with the results.
