Diagnosis
Saw my therapist at lunch, stopped and bought cookies for the office on my way back so I could share my "cheat".
Had 2 small chocolate biscotti, 1 chocolate sprinkle, 1 vanilla sprinkle and 1 thumbprint with jelly.
They were smaller, but yes I still had 5 cookies.
It’s not an excuse, but I was super grumpy and agitated today.
Working on some intense research, completed the research (I’ve been working on for over a month), walked by my co-workers desk and grabbed 8 peanut M&Ms. This was after snacking on a banana and greek yogurt, med orange, med grannie smith apple and about a cup of baby carrots.
I did 12 pushups before the carrots.

Finally leaving work (it's almost 7:30). Will be hitting the gym for a mellow workout.
I am really tired, definitely need more sleep and am very overwhelmed at work.
Yesterday (Mon) and today (Tues) was awake at least an hour before my alarm. Laid in bed to let my body relax. Feeling anxious.
Hoping now that I have completed that research I'll be able to sleep better.

Feels good to vent about it and I think some gym time will help.
