First few days of working customer service..

First few days of working customer service for Profinity went well. They were somewhat slow, but a friend of mine that also works customer service for Profinity told me that calls come in more quickly on Monday and Tuesday, so we'll see what happens next week. Since I have the option to work Saturday and Sunday doing customer service, going to work some today as well.
